£100k Unlocked! A New Soundtrack and What's Next

We did it. £100,000 unlocked!
With just over a week left to go, we have smashed through £100k and unlocked the next wave of stretch goals. Thank you! Whether you are a returning backer from Rōnin or joining us for the first time with Densetsu, we are incredibly grateful to have you with us.
A Rōnin: Densetsu Soundtrack is Coming
Hitting £100k means we can now create an official soundtrack with Timo Rodinger.
Timo created the trailer music for Rōnin: Densetsu, and based on the feedback, it is clear he captured the perfect vibe. Atmospheric, powerful, and layered with the right energy for our tales.
Now, we cannot wait to see what he does with a full Core Tracklist. Expect music you can use while exploring, sneaking, or duelling at your table.
Next Target: £150k — The Rōnin Video Series
If we keep pushing, the next big milestone at £150k will fund the Rōnin Video Series.
This will be a complete set of videos that:
- Dive deeper into the lore of Rōnin and Densetsu
- Guide players through character creation
- Provide rules explanations to make playing smoother
- Help both new and experienced players get straight into the action
This is something we have wanted to do for a long time, and reaching £150k would make it a reality.

Nearly £50k in 7 Hours!
I can’t quite believe I’m writing this — but we’ve hit nearly £50,000 in just 7 hours. That is absolutely bonkers.
Today’s been a total roller-coaster. We’ve barely looked away from the screen. And now, after a wild launch day full of support, hype, and more kind messages than I can count, I’m finally heading to bed.
But we’ll be back tomorrow! And if this pace keeps up, we might just be revealing the next wave of stretch goals before lunchtime 👀
Also, it sounds like a few of you managed to uncover the secret pledge hidden in Trials of the Tengu. Judging by the reactions, you're enjoying it, so congrats if you were one of the lucky ones to find it!
We’ve had a couple of questions about a pledge manager. As usual, we’ll be using BackerKit. That means after the campaign ends, you’ll be able to manage your pledge, pick add-ons, and make sure everything’s just the way you want it.

The Road Ahead
So we've smashed through the first two stretch goals and we're barreling towards the third (we may hit it by the time this update goes live). We've got loads of awesome stuff planned and hopefully we can add as much value to the pledges as possible. So tell your mates, tell your ma, Densetsu is here to stay! It's a long way off but we're especially excited about the £100k stretch goal.
Clarifications
Some clarifications from early comments and messages:

Reference Cards - The Reference Cards in the Starter Set are specific to the Starter Set and completely separate from The Reference Card Deck included as an add-on and in some reward tiers. The Reference Card Deck add-on contains info and stuff from across all three books; Yokai, Techniques, Rules, Weapons etc

Secret Shinobi - The secret reward pledge included in The Trials of the Tengu is a bit fucky. We recommend clearing your cache and using the desktop version of Kickstarter to gain access. We thought it would take you to the actual pledge page but it seems to bring you to the campaign page with the reward unlocked on the right hand side. Again, it's a new feature so seems a little bit sketchy.

Limited Edition Core Rulebook - It won't be available as part of this campaign or the pledge manager. It was a limited print run. That being said we do have a few left. They'll be available on our webstore in a month or so. Those on our mailing list will be first to know.
